This is my Story

I’m Dana Waters, originally from Sacramento, California, and my journey has been shaped by years of service in the healthcare industry. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, I’ve been able to combine my education with real-world experience to make meaningful contributions in my field. Along the way, I also became certified as a Health Coach and in Inclusive Leadership - credentials that reflect my passion for holistic well-being and creating spaces where everyone feels seen and valued.

Health and wellness are not just my profession, they are my passion. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I carry family and community at the heart of everything I do. I believe well-being is more than physical health, it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit in harmony.

Now living in Alpharetta, Georgia, I continue to dedicate my work to helping others live fuller, healthier lives. Writing this book marks a new chapter in my journey, expanding my mission to inspire and guide others to thrive with purpose, joy, and balance.
